Dr. Girish Deshpande, DDS, MDS (Ortho), FRCD (C)
Dr. Girish Deshpande is a board certified orthodontist practicing since 1993. Dr. Deshpande has been providing outstanding orthodontic treatment and creating beautiful smiles for his patients for the last 20 years. With decades of experience in different aspects of orthodontics, Dr. Deshpande and his support staff have the knowledge, training, and expertise in this very exciting field of dentistry to help you reach your orthodontic goals.

Dr. Deshpande has successfully treated over 2000 orthodontic patients including surgical orthodontic patients, cleft lip & palate cases and children with dento facial deformities. He was conferred fellowship from Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 2009. He is a clinical instructor at the Department of Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. He has done numerous presentations and publications at national and international level.
Dr. Deshpande is awarded prestigious Premier Preferred Provider status by Invisalign and is certified i-Braces provider (lingual/inside braces). |

Family & Community
Dr. Girish Deshpande is married to his beautiful wife Dr. Neena D’Souza, Prosthodontist at Mississauga Dental Specialists. They have three children: two boys Ryan and Eric and one girl Rachel. When Dr. Deshpande is not in the office, he enjoys supporting his favourite hockey team - Toronto Maple Leafs!
Dr. Deshpande is also the only Canadian member of the Smiles Change Lives, a program that works to offer free orthodontic treatment to low-income families.
